El Shaddai Concrete is a family-owned business with over 26 years of combined experience in the concrete industry. Rodolfo Rodriguez emigrated from Coahuila, Mexico, to Austin, Texas, in the summer of 1998. He began his career from the grund up, working his way up from a novice to becoming one of the most respected masons in the Austin metropolitan area. In 2022, his son, William Rodriguez, joined him in the family business, bringing a diverse background in photography, sales, business administration, team management and 3D-printed homes. From laying foundations to adding the finishing touches to slabs, William has embraced the true meaning of hard work, integrity, and dedication.
From day one, William developed a deep passion for the craft of concrete. Working on his own projects ignited a relentless drive for excellence in every detail. His ultimate goal is to build El Shaddai Concrete into one of the most renowned concrete companies in Texas. William is determined to honor his father's legacy by taking immense pride in his work and always striving for perfection.
